King County Housing Sales Analysis (Regression & Predictive Modeling Project)
As part of an advanced analytics course, I led the development of a multivariate regression model to analyze housing sales data from King County, Washington. This project involved performing descriptive statistics, hypothesis testing, and predictive modeling using key features such as square footage, construction quality, property views, and waterfront presence. The final model achieved an adjusted R² of 56.8%, identifying significant price drivers and quantifying the impact of features like bathrooms, lot size, and home age. This project demonstrates my proficiency in regression analysis, data interpretation, and applying statistical techniques to derive actionable business insights.
